MA-S servo magazine denester
SEALPAC’s MA-S series of compact magazine denesters requires no technical connections other than electrical power. Equipped with servo drive, they achieve an unparalleled denesting result. The MA-S denesters have been designed according to the latest standards in technology and hygiene. Due to their C-shape, each denester is easily integrated in new and existing lines.

AS-RS servo diagonal denester
SEALPAC’s AS-RS diagonal denester is perfectly suited for small to medium outputs. Due to its magazine with 1,100 mm stack height, and optionally supplied with two magazines, significant numbers of trays are smoothly positioned onto the in-feed conveyor.

AS-LS servo linear denester
SEALPAC’s AS-LS linear denester is perfectly suited to high-output applications. This denester, which is placed over the in-feed conveyor for reduced footprint, smoothly positions a series of trays onto the conveyor by means of suction cups. It can be used for different tray formats by simply exchanging the mask and suction unit.

MA servo magazine denester
SEALPAC’s MA magazine denester is perfectly suited to high-output applications. Due to its extra-large magazine with 1,000 mm stack height, large numbers of trays are smoothly positioned onto the in-feed conveyor each cycle. Also available in double lane, the MA denester is able to process up to two different tray formats at the same time.
